In the mood for a fall treat? Try these Super-Easy Pumpkin Cookies from this month’s issue.

Mix together one box of spice-cake mix and one can of pumpkin puree. Drop the batter by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and bake for 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. That’s it. Of course, if you want to add some dried cranberries or raisins or some nuts or some chocolate chips…or if you want to put a little glaze on the cooled cookies, we wouldn’t judge you.
